Caliber’s Beaumont North Service Center is seeking an experienced collision repair technician. You will perform full collision repairs, including frame work, structural straightening, and panel replacement, ensuring factory specifications are met.

The role requires at least two years of hands-on experience, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You’ll work with painters, estimators, and front office staff in a team-driven environment with top-tier equipment and benefits.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how; ability to pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Attention to detail; tightened bolts, perfected welds, and no excuses.
• Physically fit; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to bring components back to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly; fit and finish matter.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Keep the work location safe and tidy.
