Caliber's Mishawaka center is hiring skilled collision repair technicians. We offer a speed-to-start bonus of $1,500 on your first paycheck, modern equipment, and a chance to build a lasting career.

Qualifications

• Must have at least two years of hands-on collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair know-how, able to pull, straighten, and square.
• Follow blueprints and ensure repairs are done right the first time.
• Strong attention to detail, tighten bolts and welds precisely.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Work well with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Handle panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
