Job summary

Caliber's Helena Service Center is hiring skilled collision repair technicians. You’ll perform full collision repairs, from minor fender benders to frame rebuilds, using modern equipment at a center with strong safety standards.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of experience, frame and structural know-how, and a team-first attitude. You must be physically fit (lift up to 50 lbs) and eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions. Sign-on bonus offered.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of collision repair experience.
• Frame, structural repair, and blueprinting skills.
• Detail-oriented with quality welds and bolts.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major.
• Perform panel/structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
