You will perform full collision repairs, frame and panel work, and precise reassembly to factory specs, while collaborating with painters, estimators, and front-office staff. Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair knowledge.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix correctly.
• Detail-oriented with precise workmanship.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented with collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Blueprint and execute repairs to restore factory specs.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major.
• Panel and structural work to bent/torn parts.
• Quality reassembly with attention to fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
