Caliber is seeking an experienced auto body technician at our Landover, MD service center. You will repair vehicles after collisions, performing full collision repair—from fender benders to frame rebuilds—while ensuring frame alignment and precise panel work.

Bring a minimum of two years’ experience, frame knowledge, and a no-shortcuts mindset. You’ll work with painters, estimators, and front office staff, lifting up to 50 lbs and contributing to a safe, tidy shop environment.

Qualifications

• Two+ years experience repairing vehicles.
• Frame and structural knowledge required.
• No-shortcuts mindset; blueprint and fix right first time.
• Attention to detail for bolts, welds and finishes.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-focused collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs.
• Handle full collision repairs from minor to major frame work.
• Perform panel and structural repairs to restore factory alignment.
• Achieve quality reassembly with precise fit and finish.
• Collaborate with team to move vehicles efficiently.
• Maintain safe, clean work area.
