Caliber's Gaithersburg Service Center is looking for experienced auto body technicians who can repair wrecks to factory specs. You should have at least two years of hands-on collision repair and be skilled with frame and structural work. We value a no-shortcuts mindset, a sharp eye for detail, and a team-first attitude.

You must be physically fit and eligible to work in the U.S. We offer competitive pay (flag rate up to $20–$30 per hour), benefits, and opportunities for training and career

• Two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair knowledge.
• No shortcuts; blueprint and execute repairs accurately.
• Attention to detail in fits, welds, and finishes.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented collaboration with painters and estimators.

Mansioni

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs.
