Caliber is seeking skilled collision repair technicians at our Wichita Service Center. You will perform full collision repairs from fender benders to frame rebuilds, ensuring factory specs and high-quality reassembly.

Qualifications

• Two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square components.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tighten bolts, welds, and alignments.
• Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs with no guesswork.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
• Perform panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
