You’ll handle full collision repairs—from fender benders to frame rebuilds—while focusing on quality, safety, and factory-spec results.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: tightened bolts, perfected welds, no excuses.
• Physically fit for the job: lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision and no shortcuts.
• Handle full collision repair from start to finish.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with attention to fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the process.
• Keep the work area clean and safe.
