Job summary

Caliber is seeking skilled collision repair technicians at our Wichita Service Center. You will perform full collision repairs from fender benders to frame rebuilds, ensuring factory specs and high-quality reassembly.

Qualifications

Two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square components.
No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
Sharp eye for detail; tighten bolts, welds, and alignments.
Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs.
Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

Blueprint and execute precise repairs with no guesswork.
Handle full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
Perform panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
Work as a team to move cars efficiently through the shop.
Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
