Caliber's Topeka East Service Center is hiring skilled collision repair technicians. You will perform full collision repairs from fender benders to frame rebuilds, using your frame and structural know-how to restore vehicles to factory specs.

Qualifications

• Experience repairing vehicles after collisions, minimum two years.
• Frame and structural repairs with ability to pull, straighten, and square frames.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and execute correct repairs.
• Strong attention to welds, bolts, and fit.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented, collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
• Full collision repair from minor to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with careful fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through.
• Keep the work area safe and tidy.
