Job summary

Caliber Collision in Castle Hills, TX is hiring a collision repair technician. You will perform full collision repairs, from assessment to reassembly, using frame and structural repair techniques and precise welding.

The role requires a couple of years of hands-on experience and physical fitness. You’ll work with a team of painters, estimators, and front-office staff to deliver safe, high-quality repairs, all while following Caliber’s safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair skills including pulling, straightening, and squaring.
• Attention to detail with bolts, welds, and finish quality.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute collision repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from assessment to reassembly.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with body shop team to move vehicles efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
