Caliber in League City, TX is seeking skilled collision repair technicians to blueprint and execute repairs, handling full collision work from dents to frame rebuilds. You will work with painters, estimators, and front office staff to deliver safe, road-ready vehicles.

Qualifications

• Two years hands-on collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair expertise.
• Commitment to high-quality, first-time fixes.
• Attention to detail in bolts and welds.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specifications.
• Full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Panel and structural work to restore alignment.
• Quality reassembly with precise fit and finish.
• Work as a team with painters, estimators, and front office.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow procedures.
