Caliber Collision is seeking an experienced collision repair technician in Bordentown, NJ. You will perform full collision repairs, from fender benders to frame rebuilds, with a focus on precision, safety, and quality finishes.

The role requires at least two years of hands-on experience, frame and structural know-how, and a strong team orientation to collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff. Eligible to work in the U.S. is a must.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Ability to pull, straighten and square frames to factory specs.
• Detail-oriented with emphasis on precise repairs.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and being on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Handle panel and structural work and reassembly.
• Ensure quality finishes and safe, tidy work area.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
