Caliber Collision’s Service Center Boca Raton is seeking an experienced auto body technician to repair vehicles to factory specs. You’ll blueprint, align and repair frames, panels and structures, ensuring top‑quality reassembly and finishes. This role values teamwork, safety, and a strong work ethic.

You’ll work with modern equipment and receive training through I‑CAR and ASE programs, with benefits starting day one and opportunities for career growth in a nationally recognized company.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road‑ready rides.
• Knowledge of frame and structural repair; ability to pull, straighten, and square.
• No shortcuts; blueprint and repair to spec the first time.
• Strong attention to detail; tighten bolts, welds, and align components.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team‑oriented; collaborate with painters, estimators and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
