Job summary

Caliber Collision's Miami center is looking for an experienced auto body technician to handle full collision repairs. From fender benders to frame rebuilds, you’ll work with modern equipment and a team of painters and estimators to restore vehicles to factory specs.

With at least two years of hands-on experience, frame and structural know-how, and a sharp eye for detail, you’ll join a safety‑minded workplace that supports training (I-CAR, ASE) and offers paid time off, benefits, and career

Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: able to pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: tightened bolts, perfected welds, no excuses.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly; final touches matter.
• Work as a team to move cars through.
• Keep the work location safe and tidy.
