Qualifications

• Frame and structural know‑how—pull, straighten, and square it up.

• Physically fit for the job—lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude—collaborates with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• No two crashes are identical; expect new challenges and varied work.
• Blueprint and execute—no guesswork, no shortcuts; precise repairs.
• Perform full collision repair—from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
