Caliber Collision's Saint Francis service center is seeking skilled collision repair technicians. If you have at least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides, you will work with modern equipment and a collaborative team to restore vehicles efficiently.

You will perform fender to frame repairs, ensure frame alignment, and deliver quality reassembly. We offer competitive pay, a $1500 sign-on bonus, I-CAR/ASE training, and benefits to support your career.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how—pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality—Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail—tightened bolts and perfected welds.
• Physically fit for the job—lift up to 50lbs.
• Team-first attitude—collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with clean, precise results.
• Full collision repair—from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly; fit and finish matter.
• Work as a team to move cars through.
• Keep the work location safe and tidy.
