Caliber Battle Creek is seeking an experienced collision repair technician for our Service Center. You will perform full collision repairs, from frame straightening to component reassembly, ensuring factory specifications and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs.
• Full collision repair from dings to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work for bent or twisted parts.
• Quality reassembly with precise fit and finish.
• Work as a team with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Keep the work area clean and safe at all times.
