Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how; capable of pulling, straightening, and square repairs.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tighten bolts, welds, and alignments with care.
• Physically fit for the job; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to return components to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly; ensure fit and finish meet standards.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
