Job summary

Schlossmann Honda City in Greendale, WI is seeking an Auto Body Shop Technician to repair vehicles and restore them to pre-accident condition, following the repair order. You will de-trim, disassemble, and perform quality repairs while adhering to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of manufacturers’ repair processes & adherence to collision technical repair standards.
• Ability to use frame and measuring equipment per vendor procedures.
• Must maintain a valid state driver’s license to drive vehicles.
• ASE certification in body repairs is required or preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to continued learning through training and industry programs.
• Pro level training and other industry-required training are expected.

Responsibilities

• Repair Planning: approaches repair planning with urgency and detail to avoid waste and rework.
• Parts Procurement: assists in sourcing parts and determines when repairs are cost-effective.
• Team Engagement & Problem-Solving: tracks status and collaborates to keep vehicles on schedule.
• Vehicle Repair: performs high-quality repairs meeting productivity and quality targets.
• Safe & Organized Workplace: follows safety rules and proper waste disposal; keeps tools organized.
