Job summary

Schlossmann Honda City is seeking an Auto Body Shop Technician to repair vehicles to pre-accident condition according to repair orders. You will plan repairs, source parts, and collaborate with teammates to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include using frame/measuring tools, performing quality repairs, and upholding a clean, organized workplace with strict safety practices. ASE certification and welding credentials highly valued.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of manufacturers’ repair processes and adherence to collision repair standards.
• Ability to use frame and measuring equipment per vendor procedures.
• Must maintain a valid state driver’s license to operate company vehicles.
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning and training.

Responsibilities

• Repair Planning: assess repair needs with urgency and detail to minimize waste and rework.
• Parts Procurement: identify and source parts; decide on repair vs. replacement for cost and cycle time savings.
• Team Engagement & Problem-Solving: track vehicle status and coordinate with teammates to meet schedules.
• Vehicle Repair: perform quality repairs and meet productivity and quality targets.
• Safe & Organized Workplace: use safety equipment and follow hazardous waste disposal procedures.
