Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver high-quality vehicle repairs and restore cars to pre-accident condition. The role involves careful disassembly, repair, and reassembly while upholding speed, quality and customer-excellence standards.

The technician plans repairs, prepares estimates, and uses tools such as cutting guns, plasma cutters, hydraulic jacks, hammers, and pliers.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.

Mansioni

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Plans the repair work and prepares cost estimates for customers.
• Uses cutting guns, plasma cutters, hydraulic jacks, hammers, and pliers to repair sections of a vehicle.
• Realigns car chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replaces or repairs glass and windshields as needed.
• Welds and attaches or fits parts and prepares/repaints vehicles.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect vehicles after repair.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
