Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program completion OR a 3-year auto body apprenticeship.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to collaborate with other repairers in an auto body shop.
• Solid understanding of methods and procedures to repair vehicle bodies.
• Strong knowledge of the tools used in auto body repair.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Hammer dents and apply filler resins as needed.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts.
• Replace or repair glass and windshields as needed.
• Weld and attach parts; prep and repaint to factory spec.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect vehicles after repair.
