Job summary

Caliber's Cabot Service Center is seeking experienced collision repair technicians. If you have at least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides, frame and structural know-how, and a no-shortcuts mindset, you’ll fit right in. You’ll collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff, work with modern equipment, and pursue growth through I-CAR/ASE training.

Qualifications

At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square components.
No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
Attention to detail: tighten bolts and welds to factory specs.
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Team-oriented: collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specifications.
Perform full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
Handle panel and structural work to restore chassis integrity.
Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
Work as a team with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars through.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
