Job summary

Caliber is seeking an experienced auto body repair technician at our Rogers, AR service center. You will perform full collision repairs, from blueprinting to final reassembly, and collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars through the shop efficiently.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of hands-on experience, frame and structural know-how, and a strong commitment to quality and safety. You must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

• Two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how for repairs.

• Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs.
