Job summary

The Boyd Group in Euless, TX is seeking an Auto Body Technician to provide an exceptional customer experience through meticulous assessment and high-quality repair of every vehicle to restore it to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while aligning with our KPI targets and acting as a Brand Ambassador.

Responsibilities include planning repair work, preparing cost estimates, and using cutting guns, plasma cutters, hydraulic jacks, hammers, and pliers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers using tools to repair sections of a vehicle.
• Hammer out dents and apply filler resins when needed.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts and repair glass as needed.
• Weld and attach parts; prep and repaint vehicles to factory specifications or equivalents.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect vehicles for quality.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.
