Job summary

Team One Chevy of Gadsden has immediate openings for Auto Body Technicians. The Auto Body Technician repairs vehicles per management guidance, following standards and procedures to deliver high-quality body work and exceptional customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has post-secondary automotive training and at least two years of dealer-level or large-shop experience, an unrestricted driver's license with a clean record, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of dealer-level body shop experience preferred.
• Unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• De-trims and disassembles vehicles, preparing parts for repair.
• Approaches repair planning with urgency and attention to detail to minimize waste.
• Identifies and sources parts, deciding when repairs are cost-effective.
• Performs quality repairs and meets productivity standards.
