Team One Chevy of Gadsden in Alabama is seeking an Auto Body Technician to repair vehicles to high standards and meet deadlines. The role requires some post-secondary automotive training and dealer-level body shop experience, with an unrestricted driver’s license and clean driving record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles.

Responsibilities

• De-trims and disassembles vehicles, placing parts on carts.
• Pre-pulls to decide repair vs. replace to save time.
• Assists in planning repairs to avoid waste and rework.
• Identifies and sources parts, determining when repairs are cost-effective.
• Performs quality repairs meeting productivity standards.
• Follows all safety procedures and maintains required documentation.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
