Crash Champions is seeking skilled technicians in Houston to inspect, plan, and execute vehicle repairs with a focus on safety and on-time completion. The role involves hands-on repair work, collaboration with team members, and leadership of junior staff as needed.

The position is paid on a commission/flag rate structure with offers aligned to local minimum wage requirements. Comprehensive benefits and competitive compensation are provided where eligible.

Competenze

• Ability to use frame machine.
• Certification in body repair preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle repair process by manufacturer.
• I-CAR welding certified.
• Skill in analyzing and interpreting measuring data.
• Ability to supervise repair personnel.
• Must be able to pass thorough background check.

Mansioni

• Examines damaged vehicle and plans repair process.
• Communicates with others on vehicle repair status.
• Performs quality repairs with on-time focus.
• Decides on repair vs. replacement considering safety, cost, and cycle time.
• Removes upholstery and components to access areas.
• Participates in safety meetings.
• Files, grinds, and sands repaired surfaces with tools.
• Directs an apprentice when needed.
