Job summary

Crash Champions in Milwaukee, WI, is hiring a Regular Full-Time Auto Body Repair Technician. Located at 6242 W State St, 53213, this role offers a commission/flag pay structure with a posted pay range of USD 65,000.00–USD 169,560.00 per year.

You will examine damaged vehicles, plan repairs, communicate progress to the team, perform quality repairs on time, and decide between repair or replacement based on safety and cost. Certification in body repair and I-CAR welding are preferred.

Qualifications

• Certification in body repair preferred.
• I-CAR welding certification required or preferred.
• Ability to interpret measuring data for repairs.
• Pass thorough background check.

Responsibilities

• Examines damaged vehicle and plans repair process.
• Communicates repair status with others on the team.
• Performs quality repairs while keeping on‑time status in mind.
• Decides on repair vs. replace considering safety, cost, and cycle time.
• Removes upholstery and related components to access areas.
• Participates in safety meetings.
• Files, grinds, and sands repaired surfaces with tools.
• Directs an apprentice and explains procedures as needed.
