Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States seeks an Auto Body Technician to assess and repair vehicles to pre-accident condition, disassemble, repair, and reassemble parts while upholding speed, quality and customer excellence. As part of a team, you will read job orders, prepare estimates, and use tools such as cutting guns, plasma cutters, hydraulic jacks, hammers, and pliers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan is executed consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers using various tools.
• Repair dents, apply filler resins, and realign chassis as needed.
• Replace or repair damaged sections and glass; weld and repaint to spec.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect completed work.
