Caliber's Abilene Service Center is seeking experienced collision repair technicians to join our team. You’ll work on full collision repairs—from fender benders to frame rebuilds—with modern equipment and a safety-focused culture. If you can blueprint and execute precise repairs, lift up to 50 lbs, and collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff, you’ll fit right in.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Ability to pull, straighten and square frames.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-focused and collaborative work style.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Provide full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure high-quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
