Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences by meticulously repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair and reassemble cars while upholding speed, quality and customer excellence.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus technical training or a 3-year apprenticeship. You will work with a team, use cutting tools, and follow safety standards in a busy shop environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school training or a 3-year apprenticeship required.
• Ability to read job orders and work with very little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare repair work and cost estimates.
• Disassemble, repair and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames to fix structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and glass; apply paint as needed.
• Inspect vehicles and ensure work meets labor time guidelines.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador and follow the WOW plan.
