Job summary

Crash Champions invites skilled technicians in Florida to join a fast-growing collision repair leader. This on-site role plans repair sequences, directs helpers, and ensures safety and quality while coordinating with peers to meet deadlines.

The position features a commission/flag pay structure with guaranteed minimums, plus medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, a 401(k) with match, and paid holidays across 650+ locations.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a frame machine and performing body repairs.
• I-CAR welding certification is preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle repair processes by manufacturer.
• Ability to supervise repair personnel.
• Must be able to pass a thorough background check.

Responsibilities

• Examines damaged vehicle and plans repair process.
• Communicates with others on vehicle repair status.
• Performs quality repairs and maintains on-time status.
• Decides on repair vs. replace considering safety, cost, cycle time.
• Removes upholstery, accessories, electrical and mechanical components to access areas.
• Attends safety meetings.
• Files, grinds, and sands repaired surfaces using tools.
• Directs the work of an apprentice when needed and explains procedures.
