Crash Champions in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a skilled Body Technician to examine damaged vehicles, plan repairs, and perform high-quality body work within a fast-growing, multi-shop organization.

This full-time role features a commission/flag pay structure and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401k with match, plus holiday pay. Location: 33912, 2293 Bruner Lane; on-site work only.

Formación

• Frame machine usage required.
• Body repair certification preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle repair process by manufacturer.
• I-CAR welding certification.
• Able to supervise repair personnel.
• Background check required.

Responsabilidades

• Examines damaged vehicle and plans repair process.
• Communicates repair status with team.
• Performs quality repairs while maintaining on-time status.
• Decides on repair vs. replacement considering safety and cost.
• Removes upholstery and trim to access areas.
• Participates in safety meetings.
• Finishes surfaces with files, grinders, and sanders.
• Supervises an apprentice when needed.

Conocimientos
