Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of collision repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Able to read and understand written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble vehicles to assist estimators in preparing a 100% repair plan.
• Identify repairs to minimize supplements and repair time.
• Follow work orders to plan procedures for all operations.
• Remove upholstery and related parts to access damaged areas.
• Mend and replace damaged panels; ensure fits to industry standards.
• Operate hand and power tools including welders and grinders.
• Finish surfaces and hand off to Paint Dept. for finishing.
