Caliber’s Service Center in Sheffield Village seeks skilled auto body technicians to repair collisions accurately and efficiently. You’ll work on fender benders to frame rebuilds, using precise techniques to restore factory specs and ensure quality finishes.

Training and career growth are emphasized, with a focus on teamwork and safety. Applicants must have at least two years of collision repair experience, frame and structural know‑how, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Two years of collision repair experience required.
• Frame straightening and structural repair know-how required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Handle panel and structural work and bring parts back to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators and front office staff as a team.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and comply with shop policies.
