Caliber in Spring Hill, TN is seeking skilled collision repair technicians to join our Service Center. You’ll blueprint and execute full collision repairs, from fender benders to frame rebuilds, ensuring factory specs and quality finishes.

We value 2+ years’ experience, frame/structural know-how, and a no-shortcuts mentality. A team-first attitude, physical fitness, and eligibility to work in the U.S. are required. We offer comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Experienced hands — At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts, welds, and finishes.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsabilidades

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly; ensure fit and finish.
