Job summary

Caliber Collision’s Seymour service center is seeking skilled collision repair technicians to join our team. You’ll perform full collision repairs, from frame work to final reassembly, with a focus on accuracy and safety.

We value hands-on experience, blueprints, and a no-shortcuts mentality, plus teamwork with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars efficiently.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Commitment to tightened bolts, precise welds, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from fender benders to frame work.
• Repair panel and structural components to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work collaboratively with teammates across departments.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
