Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking skilled auto body technicians for our New Berlin center. You will perform full collision repairs, from panel and frame work to final reassembly, ensuring factory specifications and high-quality finish.

Required are at least two years of experience, frame and structural know-how, and a strong, detail-oriented mindset. You must be eligible to work in the U.S. and be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

  • Two years of collision repair experience.
  • Frame straightening and structural repair knowledge.
  • Blueprinting repairs and attention to detail.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Team-oriented with good communication.
  • US work eligibility.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs.
  • Full collision repair from body to frame.
  • Panel and structural work to restore alignment.
  • Quality reassembly with precise fit and finish.
  • Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area.
