Caliber Collision in Berlin CT is seeking a skilled collision repair technician to restore vehicles to factory specs with precise frame work and quality reassembly.

Qualifications

  • At least two years of collision repair experience.
  • Frame alignment, pulling, straightening and squaring.
  • No-shortcuts mindset; blueprint and right-first-time repairs.
  • Attention to detail; tightened bolts and welds.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Team-focused collaboration with painters, estimators and front office staff.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
  • Perform full collision repair including fender benders to frame work.
  • Handle panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
  • Ensure quality reassembly and proper fit/finish.
  • Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
  • Keep the work area clean and safe.
