Job summary

Caliber's Youngsville service center seeks skilled collision repair technicians to restore vehicles to factory specs. You will blueprint, repair frames, perform panel work, and ensure precise reassembly as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

  • Two years of collision repair experience or equivalent.
  • Frame and structural repair skills demonstrated in past work.
  • Commitment to blueprinting and precise repairs the first time.
  • Strong attention to detail in fit, welds, and bolt tightness.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work well with a team.
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute collision repairs with accuracy.
  • Perform full collision repair—from fender benders to frame work.
  • Conduct panel and structural work to factory specs.
  • Ensure high-quality reassembly and finish.
  • Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
