Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking skilled technicians in San Juan Capistrano to repair vehicles and restore them to factory specifications. You will handle fender to frame repairs, coordinate with painters and estimators, and ensure high-quality results on every job.

The role requires at least two years of hands-on collision repair experience, frame and structural know-how, and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square frames to factory specs.
• No-shortcuts mentality with attention to detail.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major.
• Work on panel and structural repairs to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly and finish work.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness while collaborating with team.
