Caliber is seeking experienced collision repair technicians in the United States. You will handle full collision repair, from fender benders to frame rebuilds, with attention to factory specs and quality finishes.

Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on collision repair experience.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square frame components.
• Meticulous in bolts, welds and overall quality.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain safety.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with accuracy and no shortcuts.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Repair panel and structural components to factory specs.
• Perform quality reassembly and finish work to high standards.
• Collaborate with teammates across shop functions to move cars efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and adhere to policies.
