Job summary

Caliber Service Center in California is hiring an auto body technician. You will blueprint and execute precise repairs, handle full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds, and perform panel and structural work to restore factory specs.

You’ll collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office to move cars efficiently through the shop. The role requires a minimum of two years’ experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a strong eye for detail.

Qualifications

  • Two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
  • Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten and square.
  • Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
  • Attention to tightened bolts, welds, and alignment.
  • Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Team-oriented collaboration with painters, estimators and front office staff.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute repairs with precision—no shortcuts.
  • Handle full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
  • Perform panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
  • Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
