Job summary

Caliber's Rockford Service Center is seeking experienced collision repair technicians. You will blueprint, repair, and reassemble vehicles damaged by accidents, from minor dents to frame rebuilds, and collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to return cars to factory specs.

Qualifications

  • At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
  • Frame and structural know-how; pull, straighten, and square it up.
  • Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
  • Attention to tightened bolts, welds, and quality workmanship.
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Team-oriented with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
  • Handle full collision repair from dents to frame rebuilds.
  • Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
  • Ensure quality reassembly and proper fit/finish.
  • Collaborate with team to move vehicles efficiently.
  • Maintain safe and clean work environment.
