Job summary

Caliber’s Riverside service center is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to restore vehicles after accidents. You will work with modern equipment and a collaborative team to deliver high-quality repairs in a fast-paced shop environment.

You’ll handle fender to frame work, align components, and ensure safety and proper fit. The role includes opportunities for I-CAR and ASE certification training and competitive pay with weekly bonuses.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how and ability to pull, straighten, and square.
• No shortcuts—blueprint and fix right the first time.
• Attention to detail with tightened bolts, welds, and quality control.
• Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
• Full collision repair from minor to major.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
