Job summary

Caliber Collision’s Rancho Cucamonga Service Center is hiring skilled auto body technicians who repair fenders, frames, and panels to factory specs. You’ll work with modern equipment and join a team that rewards performance with growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

As a member, you’ll be expected to apply frame and structural know-how, follow blueprint procedures, and collaborate with painters and estimators to deliver safe, high-quality repairs.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it and fix it right first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: tightened bolts, welds, and precise work.
• Physically fit: able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators and front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs.
• Full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Panel and structural work to restore alignment.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently.
• Maintain clean and safe work area.
