Qualifications

• Two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural knowledge to pull, straighten and square.
• No-shortcuts mindset; blueprint and repair right first time.
• Strong attention to detail for bolts, welds, finishes.
• Physically capable to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented collaboration across departments.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
• Handle panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and finishing touches.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
