Caliber Collision in Richland, WA is seeking an experienced Collision Repair Technician to restore vehicles to factory specifications. The role emphasizes precision in frame straightening, panel work, and comprehensive collision repair.

You will work with a team of painters, estimators, and front office staff to deliver quality results while maintaining a safe, organized shop. Eligible to work in the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

  • At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
  • Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten and square.
  • Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
  • Sharp eye for detail: tightened bolts and perfected welds.
  • Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Team-first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
  • Perform full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
  • Handle panel and structural work to factory specs.
  • Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
  • Work as a team to move cars through efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
